Seal Strength and Seal Performance tester for Medical Blister Packages

 

This Seal Strength and Seal Performance Tester is designed for various heat sealed flexible package and sterilized package. It can used for seal performance test of pilfer-proof closures, quantitative testing of leak characteristics, compression resistance, capsule disengaging strength, cap body joint strength, seal-edge seal strength and butting strength of flexible tubes, and testing of anti-compression, seal performance and burst resistance of the bottles.

 

This Seal Strength and Seal performance Tester Also can be used for Seal strength and seal performance of medical blister packages.

 

Power the instrument on and warm up for at least 30 minutes. Prepare the specimen as required. The number of specimens should be not less than 5 and should be free of visible imperfections.Then mount the specimen as shown in the figure below.
